The Venue
Tenuta Pinto, Puglia
We have chosen to marry in Italy, and invitations are extended to adults due to the size and nature of the venue and the number of adult guests we want to invite. Our wedding day will be the 29th August 2026.
Firstly, we know that attendance here will mean a huge commitment from our guests, and we are so very grateful to you for this. We hope you'll find the trip very enjoyable; this is a beautiful part of the world and in the next section we have made some recommendations for further travel - Puglia is stunning and well worthy exploring, in our view.
Second, we will be celebrating back in England shortly afterwards with a reception, in Leeds on the 3rd October 2026 - you can see the details for this if you keep scrolling down. To those who cannot come, it is completely understandable and we hope to see you at our reception.
Where to Stay & How to Get There
(...and some tips for further travel)
We have negotiated a 'special' arrangement with this resort, where at any time from the Wednesday 26th August, leading up to our wedding (and for as long as you wish after) you can book a discounted room. We will be staying there. The room rates we've agreed are:
Single Room 90eu per night
Double Room 110eu per night, and
Triple/Large Room 140eu per night
The room rate includes:

The resort is approximately 30 minutes drive from Bari airport, and 15 mins drive to the wedding venue, Tenuta Pinto. We think you might like it, but these hotels are also very close to our wedding venue and have been recommended to us:
Flights & Travel
Direct flights run to Bari airport, Puglia from Gatwick and Stanstead - Stanstead being the most straightforward for those of us located north of the M25 - you don't have to grapple with the London traffic for this. Carriers from Gatwick are British Airways Easyjet. The carrier from Stanstead is Ryannair.

We have chosen Tenuta Pinto as our wedding venue. This is a pretty, rural former farmhouse converted for use as a wedding venue, which we came across during our travels in Puglia and absolutely loved.
We have the date, but not yet the day's running order - we'll post it here as soon as we do.
